- Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your spot at Courtside Collective Retreats. Please note that while this deposit is non-refundable, it can be transferred to a retreat within the next 12 months only.
- Date Rescheduling: If you need to change your retreat date, we are happy to accommodate such requests. Retreat dates can be rescheduled to an alternative available date within our offerings. However, please be aware that refunds are not provided.
- No Refunds within 30 Days: No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the retreat’s scheduled start date. We recommend addressing any changes or rescheduling well in advance to ensure flexibility and a smooth transition to a new retreat date.
- Cancellations Outside of 30 Days: Cancellations made outside of the 30-day window will be issued a credit, which can be used to rebook a future retreat within 12 months only.
- Travel Changes: Courtside Collective Retreats is not responsible for changes in your travel plans, including but not limited to flights, transportation, or accommodations. Any related costs or adjustments are the participant’s responsibility.
- Missed Days or Sessions Policy: Any missed days, activities, or sessions during the retreat, whether due to illness, personal reasons, travel delays, or unforeseen circumstances, are non-refundable. Participants are responsible for ensuring they can attend all scheduled activities as outlined in the retreat itinerary. This includes but is not limited to:
- Illness
- Personal reasons (e.g., opting out of activities)
- Travel delays or cancellations (e.g., flight issues)
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, weather disruptions)
- Payments: All payments are made in USD and are subject to the current conversion rate at the time of payment. Payments made via our payment platform or by credit card will incur a 3% processing/platform fee.
- Natural Disasters or Unforeseen Circumstances: In the rare event that the retreat is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters (e.g., extreme weather, or health crises), Courtside Collective Retreats will work with participants to offer suitable alternatives or credits for future retreats.
- Illness or Emergencies: If a participant is unable to attend the retreat due to illness or emergencies, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and consider rescheduling options, provided sufficient documentation is provided.
- Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that ensures a respectful and enjoyable experience for all. Specific rules or guidelines regarding behavior, interactions, and respect for retreat staff and fellow participants will be provided.
- Health and Fitness Requirements: Participants should meet any health or fitness prerequisites for retreat activities. If they have concerns about their ability to engage in retreat activities, they should consult with a medical professional.
- Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: Participants are requested to provide any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance so accommodations can be made.
- Liability Waiver: Participants must release Courtside Collective Retreats from liability for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the retreat. Personal travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.
- Photography and Filming Waiver: By attending the retreat, participants grant Courtside Collective Retreats the right to take photos and videos during the event for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be included in such media must inform the retreat team in advance to opt-out.
- Force Majeure Clause: Courtside Collective Retreats will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.
- Payment Schedule: Payment schedules, including due dates for any remaining balances, will be specified. Participants will be provided with a method for making payments.
- Cancellation by Courtside Collective Retreats: Procedures and conditions under which Courtside Collective Retreats may have to cancel the retreat will be explained, including any potential refund or rescheduling options for participants.
- Dispute Resolution: This section will describe the process for resolving any disputes or issues that may arise between Courtside Collective Retreats and participants, whether through negotiation, mediation, or legal action.
